Meet Aaron
Born and raised in Deltaville, Aaron Ward brings a deep love for home, community, and the people who make a place feel meaningful. His approach to real estate is rooted in honesty, hard work, local knowledge, and a genuine desire to help others find the place where their next chapter can begin.
For Aaron, real estate is about far more than buying and selling property. It is about home in the truest sense of the word. It is about a child having a safe place to lay their head at night. It is about families gathering around the table, laughter filling the rooms, memories being made, and people feeling deeply connected to a place that truly belongs to them.
That belief is what drives his work.
Aaron brings a unique background to real estate, combining years of experience in small business, music education, construction, renovation, and development. Having served in an executive role within the real estate construction and development world, he was hands-on in the renovation and management of more than 100 properties, including notable historic projects. That experience gives his clients a valuable perspective, whether they are buying their first home, selling a beloved property, investing, downsizing, renovating, or imagining what a home could become.
Known for his creativity, communication, calm presence, and strong work ethic, Aaron approaches every client relationship with care and intention. He understands that every move carries a story, and he works hard to make sure his clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Aaron’s goal is simple: to be genuine, knowledgeable, and the right fit for the people he serves. He believes in going above and beyond, not because it is expected, but because people deserve that level of care when making one of life’s biggest decisions.
Yes, real estate is a career. But for Aaron, it is also a calling to help people find stability, possibility, comfort, and belonging.
Because at the end of the day, it is not just about closing a deal.
It is about helping people come home.
